Palatine in the Community

Empowering Progression Beyond Recruitment

At Palatine Talent, empowering meaningful progression isn’t limited to boardrooms and hiring strategies.

It extends into the communities we live and work in.

We believe businesses should contribute to the environments that shape them. That’s why we actively support charities, grassroots sport, local networks and not-for-profit organisations across Cheshire, Greater Manchester and beyond.

Our approach is simple…

Build strong businesses.

Support strong communities.

Create meaningful impact.

Why Community Matters to Us

Palatine Talent was founded on relationships.

Recruitment, at its core, is about people – their growth, their ambition, and the opportunities that shape their future.

The same applies to communities.

Whether it’s helping a local charity raise funds, sponsoring youth sport, or providing pro bono recruitment support, we’re committed to playing an active role in the places that support us.

This reflects who we are:

Authentically Personable – We build genuine, long-term connections.

Delivery-Led Determination – We commit to making a measurable difference.

Architects of Ambition – We support growth, at every level.

Our Community Initiatives

Supporting Charitable Causes

Over the past year, we’ve been proud to support a range of charitable initiatives across the region:

  • Organised a Padel Event at Alderley Park supporting KidsCan & Warrington Disability Partnership

  • Completed a Padel-athon in Dunham as part of the Altrincham vs Cancer campaign in aid of The Christie

  • Participated in a Padel fundraising event supporting The King’s Trust

  • Volunteered with The Little Green Sock Project in Trafford

From fundraising events to volunteering days, we are committed to contributing time, energy and resource to causes that matter.

Supporting Grassroots Sport & Youth Development

We believe in backing future talent — whether in business or sport.

  • Current sponsors of Stockport Cricket Club U17s

  • Donated prizes for the Trafford Leisure Staff Awards

  • Supported Cheshire Tennis Association with pro bono trustee recruitment

Investing in young people, leadership and opportunity sits at the heart of what we stand for.

Business & Networking Engagement

Community also means collaboration.

We regularly engage with local business networks and industry events, including:

  • Altrincham & Sale Chamber of Commerce

  • Warrington Business Conference – Innovate Warrington

  • Shiny Happy People (Altrincham HQ)

  • Employment Law Roadshow at Altrincham FC

  • Ward Hadaway Fastest 50

  • Invest Padel Manchester

  • Sport & Business Networking at Lexus Wrexham Open

  • It’s All About The Kids Gala Ball

These platforms allow us to connect, support and contribute to the wider business ecosystem across Cheshire and Greater Manchester.

Building Partnerships

If you are a local charity, grassroots sports organisation, not-for-profit,  community initiative, or a business event organiser, and believe we could support one another — we’d love to hear from you.

Community impact grows through collaboration.
